A Clash of Clans listing on Gameoro is a village transfer, not a shared login. The seller hands over the Supercell ID the village is attached to, and you move it onto your own Supercell ID so no one else can pull it back. Listings state the Town Hall level, hero levels, gem balance and whether the lab and walls are maxed, and most include screenshots of the village and the hero pages.
Engineered and rushed villages are common in this market and are not the same product as a maxed base. A rushed TH16 can have low heroes and an unfinished lab, which makes it far weaker in war than its Town Hall suggests. Read the hero levels before the Town Hall number — that is where the real value sits.
The safe order is always: pay through Gameoro so the money sits in escrow, get the Supercell ID credentials in the order chat, log in on your own device, then move the village onto a Supercell ID that only you control and change the recovery email. Only after that do you release the payment.
Never do the handover over Discord, Telegram or any chat outside Gameoro. Off-platform deals have no escrow behind them, so if the seller reclaims the village afterwards there is nothing to refund from and no evidence for us to act on.

Only if the Supercell ID stays under their control. Move the village onto your own Supercell ID with your own email straight after delivery, and do it before you release the payment. If a seller does reclaim a village inside the warranty window, report it and we can refund you and restrict their account.
Supercell's terms do not permit account trading, and there is always a risk the account is actioned. That is a decision you make as a buyer. Gameoro's protection covers the transaction — that the account matches the listing and is delivered — not Supercell's own policy decisions.
Buy for hero levels rather than Town Hall level. A well-developed TH13 or TH14 with near-max heroes usually plays better and wars better than a rushed TH16, and it is normally cheaper too.
