These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gameoro website and marketplace located at https://gameoro.store ("Gameoro", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing an item, creating a listing, or otherwise using Gameoro, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Gameoro.

About Gameoro

1.1 Gameoro operates an online marketplace through which independent users may offer eligible gaming-related digital products and services to other users.

1.2 Gameoro may facilitate listings, orders, payments, seller payouts, delivery, communications, verification and dispute resolution.

1.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise, Gameoro is not the owner of items listed by independent Sellers.

1.4 Sellers are responsible for the legality, ownership, accuracy and transferability of their Listings.

1.5 Gameoro is independent from game developers, publishers and platform operators unless expressly stated otherwise.

1.6 Gameoro does not represent that any particular game publisher permits the sale or transfer of gaming accounts.

Definitions

"Buyer" means a User purchasing a Listing.

"Seller" means a User offering a Listing for sale.

"User" means any person accessing or using Gameoro.

"Listing" means an offer published by a Seller.

"Order" means a transaction placed through Gameoro.

"Game Account" means an account associated with a game or gaming service.

"Platform Fee" means a fee charged or retained by Gameoro.

"Game Publisher" means the developer, publisher, platform operator or service provider responsible for the relevant game or gaming service.

Eligibility

3.1 You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.2 Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3.3 Gameoro may require users to be at least 18 years old for certain activities, including selling and receiving payouts.

3.4 Gameoro may require identity, age, address, tax or other verification.

3.5 You must not use Gameoro if your use would violate applicable law or sanctions.

User Accounts

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Gameoro account.

4.2 You must not share your Gameoro login credentials with another person.

4.3 You must not create accounts for the purpose of evading suspension, verification, transaction limits or other Platform restrictions.

4.4 Information provided to Gameoro must be accurate and current.

4.5 Gameoro may suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or violations of these Terms.

Marketplace Role

5.1 Gameoro provides marketplace technology and related services.

5.2 A transaction may be between a Buyer and Seller even though Gameoro facilitates payment, communication, delivery or dispute handling.

5.3 Gameoro does not guarantee the identity, honesty, legality, quality or future availability of every Seller or Listing.

5.4 Gameoro may review, remove, restrict or refuse Listings.

5.5 Gameoro may suspend transactions or payouts where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, verification, disputes, legal compliance or payment-provider requirements.

Seller Obligations

6.1 Sellers must have the legal right to offer the Listing.

6.2 Sellers must provide truthful and accurate descriptions.

6.3 Sellers must disclose material limitations, including region restrictions, linked accounts, bans, suspensions, penalties and other relevant limitations.

6.4 Sellers must not list stolen, hacked, compromised or fraudulently obtained accounts.

6.5 Sellers must not list accounts obtained through phishing, credential theft, malware, payment fraud or other unlawful conduct.

6.6 Sellers must not knowingly provide false credentials.

6.7 Sellers must not attempt to reclaim or recover an account after a legitimate sale.

6.8 Sellers must not make misleading claims such as "full access", "never banned", "original owner" or "lifetime warranty" unless those statements are accurate.

6.9 Sellers must comply with applicable law and applicable Gameoro rules.

Buyer Obligations

7.1 Buyers must review Listings carefully before purchasing.

7.2 Buyers must not use Gameoro for fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, account theft or other unlawful purposes.

7.3 Buyers must provide truthful information when submitting disputes.

7.4 Buyers must not intentionally manipulate or abuse Gameoro's refund or dispute process.

Prohibited Content And Conduct

Users must not use Gameoro for:

(a) stolen or hacked accounts;

(b) compromised credentials;

(c) phishing or credential theft;

(d) malware;

(e) cheats or hacks where prohibited;

(f) fraudulent transactions;

(g) payment or chargeback fraud;

(h) money laundering;

(i) sanctions evasion;

(j) impersonation;

(k) counterfeit or fraudulent Listings;

(l) intellectual-property infringement;

(m) harassment or threats;

(n) fake reviews or artificial transactions;

(o) attempts to move transactions off-platform to evade fees or security controls;

(p) any activity prohibited by applicable law or Gameoro's payment providers.

Game Publisher Rules

9.1 Gameoro is not responsible for the rules of third-party game publishers.

9.2 Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable publisher's terms.

9.3 A Game Publisher may suspend, restrict or terminate an account after it has been transferred.

9.4 Gameoro cannot guarantee that a transferred Game Account will remain accessible indefinitely.

9.5 A publisher's decision does not automatically determine whether a refund is available. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and Gameoro's policies.

Orders And Delivery

10.1 An Order is created when checkout is completed and payment is authorised or accepted, subject to verification and fraud checks.

10.2 Sellers must deliver Listings within the timeframe stated in the Listing.

10.3 The delivered item must correspond materially to the Listing.

10.4 For Game Accounts, delivery may include account credentials and other transfer information represented as included in the Listing.

10.5 Buyers should secure transferred accounts promptly after delivery, including changing passwords and recovery information where appropriate.

Payments And Fees

11.1 Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

11.2 Payment-provider terms may apply in addition to these Terms.

11.3 Gameoro may charge Platform Fees, withdrawal fees and other disclosed charges.

11.4 Applicable fees will be displayed before the relevant transaction where required.

11.5 Seller payouts may be delayed or held for verification, fraud screening, refunds, disputes, chargebacks or legal/payment-provider requirements.

11.6 A successful payment does not guarantee that funds cannot later be reversed or charged back.

Disputes And Buyer Protection

12.1 Gameoro may provide transaction protection for eligible Listings.

12.2 The applicable protection period and conditions may vary by category or Listing.

12.3 Potentially eligible issues may include non-delivery, invalid credentials at delivery, material misrepresentation and qualifying recovery or reclaim events.

12.4 Buyers must report problems promptly and provide reasonable evidence.

12.5 Gameoro may request evidence from both parties.

12.6 Gameoro may temporarily hold funds while investigating a dispute.

12.7 Gameoro may make a marketplace decision based on available evidence.

12.8 Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory legal rights.

Refunds And Cancellations

13.1 Refunds are governed by Gameoro's Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

13.2 Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

13.3 Where applicable law provides a cancellation/right-to-withdraw period, Gameoro will comply with those requirements.

13.4 Any applicable exception for digital content or services will only be relied upon where legally permitted and the required consumer consent has been obtained.

Chargebacks

14.1 Users must not initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

14.2 Gameoro may investigate reversed or disputed payments.

14.3 Related funds or accounts may be temporarily restricted where reasonably necessary.

14.4 Nothing in this section removes lawful consumer rights.

Fraud And Security

15.1 Gameoro may use automated and manual fraud-prevention systems.

15.2 Additional verification may be required before completing an Order or releasing funds.

15.3 Gameoro may share relevant information with payment providers, identity-verification providers, fraud-prevention services or authorities where lawful and necessary.

Intellectual Property

16.1 Gameoro owns or licenses the Platform, its software, branding, design and original content.

16.2 Game names, logos and game content belong to their respective owners.

16.3 Users must not upload content they do not have the right to use.

16.4 By submitting Listing content, you grant Gameoro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Platform.

Privacy

17.1 Personal information is processed in accordance with the Gameoro Privacy Policy.

17.2 Payment and identity-verification providers may independently process information under their own policies.

Suspension And Termination

18.1 Gameoro may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, Gameoro, payment providers or third parties.

18.2 Grounds may include fraud, unlawful conduct, policy violations, payment abuse, identity misrepresentation or material breach of these Terms.

18.3 Where appropriate, Gameoro may provide an explanation and review/appeal process.

18.4 Termination does not automatically extinguish obligations that arose before termination.

Disclaimers

19.1 Gameoro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation.

19.2 Gameoro does not guarantee that a Game Account will remain accessible indefinitely.

19.3 Gameoro does not guarantee that a Game Publisher will permit an account transfer.

19.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation Of Liability

20.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

20.2 Subject to applicable law, Gameoro's liability will be limited to the extent legally permitted.

20.3 These limitations do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Changes

21.1 Gameoro may update these Terms from time to time.

21.2 Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

21.3 The updated version will state its effective date.

Governing Law

22.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

22.2 Consumers may have mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
