Seller rules

1. Seller Eligibility

1.1Sellers must:

meet Gameoro's applicable age requirements;

provide accurate account information;

complete identity verification when requested;

comply with applicable law;

comply with Gameoro's Terms of Service.

2. Account Listings

2.1A gaming account listed on Gameoro must:

be lawfully obtained;

be controlled by the Seller;

match the Listing description;

include everything promised in the Listing;

disclose relevant region restrictions;

disclose linked accounts;

disclose bans, suspensions or penalties;

disclose material restrictions;

be delivered using the method stated in the Listing.

3. Strictly Prohibited

3.1Sellers may not list:

stolen accounts;

hacked accounts;

compromised accounts;

accounts obtained through phishing;

accounts obtained through credential theft;

fraudulently obtained accounts;

malware;

phishing tools;

cheats or hacks where prohibited;

fraudulent products;

misleading Listings;

products prohibited by law or Gameoro's payment providers.

4. Listing Accuracy

4.1Sellers must not exaggerate or misrepresent:

account ownership;

account age;

rank;

level;

inventory;

skins/cosmetics;

currency;

region;

linked accounts;

ban history;

recovery access.

5. Delivery

5.1Sellers must:

deliver promptly;

provide valid credentials;

provide all information promised;

cooperate with reasonable verification;

avoid reclaiming a sold account.

6. After-Sale Conduct

6.1A Seller must not:

recover an account after sale;

change credentials to regain control;

intentionally interfere with the Buyer;

threaten or harass the Buyer;

attempt to bypass Gameoro's dispute process.

7. Payouts

7.1Gameoro may delay payouts for:

identity verification;

fraud screening;

disputes;

refunds;

chargebacks;

payment-provider requirements;

legal requirements.

8. Off-Platform Transactions

8.1Users must not move Gameoro transactions off-platform to avoid fees, verification, security controls or dispute protections.

9. Enforcement

9.1Gameoro may:

remove Listings;

restrict selling privileges;

hold funds where permitted;

suspend accounts;

terminate accounts;

report suspected criminal conduct to appropriate parties.

10. Game-Specific Rules

10.1Gameoro may publish additional rules for specific games or categories.

10.2Sellers are responsible for reviewing those rules before listing.
