A safer purchase starts before you pay. Use this checklist to understand the listing, protect your details and check delivery before confirming completion.
1. Before you buy
Read the full listing: game, platform, region, account contents and any restrictions.
Review the seller’s history and ask about anything unclear before paying.
Confirm full access: login, linked email and recovery access where applicable. Bookmaker listings must provide full access.
Check verification claims: ask what is actually verified; do not assume verification can be transferred or that future checks are guaranteed.
2. Pay and communicate safely
Pay through your Gameoro order and keep the seller conversation on Gameoro.
Do not follow requests to pay elsewhere, send wallet transfers directly or share passwords in public posts.
Keep the listing details and relevant messages so support can review a problem.
3. Check the delivery
Confirm that the delivered account matches the listing and that you can sign in.
Check the promised items, rank, region and access. Secure the email and recovery settings where the platform permits it.
Check delivery before confirming completion. Never confirm simply because a seller asks.
4. If something is wrong
Report missing access, incorrect details or non-delivery through the order page and contact Gameoro support. Explain the problem clearly and provide screenshots with sensitive information hidden.
Three-day buyer protection — Gameoro’s three-day buyer warranty still applies; confirming completion does not remove it. Check the Buyer protection page and your order’s dates for the exact process. Seller fund-release timing is separate from the buyer warranty.
Platform rules still apply
Account transfers may breach the original game or service’s terms. Gameoro protection does not override those rules, guarantee continued platform access or exempt an account from future verification.
